There is something grounding about seeing the body more clearly.

I’m so happy to share that we’ve just launched new anatomy diagrams at Aurelia RMT, including a live sciatic nerve page you can explore online. These pages were created to make anatomy feel easier to follow, more visual, and more connected to what you may actually be feeling in your body.

A clearer way to understand what you’re feeling

When your body feels tight, irritated, heavy, or simply off, it can help to see the structures involved. Sometimes that visual understanding brings a little more ease. It gives you a place to begin.

These diagrams are meant to support that process. They are here to help you slow down, explore, and understand your body in a way that feels more approachable.

Start with the sciatic nerve

One of the first diagrams now live is the sciatic nerve. It gives you a simple, visual way to explore an area many people are curious about, especially when discomfort seems to move through the low back, glutes, or leg.

For a deeper look at how this area connects to common pain patterns and where massage therapy may fit in, you can also read our full sciatic nerve anatomy guide.

Sometimes even seeing the path of a structure can make things feel a little less overwhelming.

You can explore it right here

I’ve also added the sciatic nerve diagram as an embedded interactive diagram at the bottom of this article, so you can explore it without leaving the page.

There is also a link to the embed code, which means you can use it on your own website too.

More interactive diagrams are coming

This is only the beginning.

More interactive diagrams will be coming out over time, so this collection will keep growing. My hope is to create a space where learning about the body feels calm, clear, and genuinely useful.

Why this matters

At Aurelia RMT, care is not only about treatment. It is also about helping you feel more informed, more supported, and more connected to your body.

If something in your body has been asking for attention, you are always welcome to book a massage therapy session with Aurelia RMT in Toronto. The learning is here for you, and so is the care.
